Neetal & Saumil’s wedding is one of the most breathtaking days I have ever seen! Full of glamor and opulence, they made sure to pull out all the stops in their California soiree! Neetal makes a gorgeous bride with not one but three different outfits for her big day (and I can’t decide which one I like best they’re all so amazing!). Not to mention her traditionally painted hands are absolutely stunning to behold. I especially love how intimate a wedding they had – with less than 20 people in attendance, their big day is the perfect example of how a small guest list doesn’t have to limit your style! Get ready to be amazed, enjoy and Happy Friday!
Black and White – it’s a classic color palette but surprisingly diverse. Whether you love the look of black and white for a black tie affair or you want a funky mix of eclectic style that’s always in fashion, black and white is going to be your go-to color combination. I especially love these two colors for a wedding because it’s a great way to have guests participate in the theme as well – everyone has something spiffy in black or white (or both!) that they can wear and with all your guests dressed in theme, your wedding photos will never look more amazing! Plus, if you want a little more color in the mix, this palette easily adapts to bright pops of just about any color under the rainbow! That’s why today I’ve complied my favorite black and white wedding ideas, accessories and more to inspire you to create the flashy two-tone wedding you’ve always dreamed of! Enjoy!
Happy Friday everyone! Today I have a beautiful treat to share with all of you – a special real wedding feature! When I opened my emails this week I was touched by the incredible photos and story that lie behind this breath-taking wedding. Not only did I have the pleasure of chatting with Emily + Brett’s close friend and photographer, Dayna Mae, but I had the rare opportunity to get the bride’s perspective on her special day as well (make sure to scroll down and see it for yourself – but be ready to feel a tug on your heartstrings!). It was so wonderful that I knew it would be the perfect end to the week, and give all of our brides and grooms-to-be some fabulous inspiration for your own upcoming weddings. Be ready to be enthralled with Emily’s gorgeous wedding style, be captivated by their heartfelt “I Do’s” and most of all, feel the love. Enjoy!
Andreya + James had an ultra decadent affair at the Seawell Grand Ballroom in Denver, Colorado this past March. Using jewel tones to set the stage for their swanky affair, every detail of their day is infused with luxury, from ceiling to floor! With hanging crystals sparkling in low tinted lighting amidst bushels of roses, their wedding day is a fairytale in motion. I especially love how they tied decadence and playfulness together with their own personal twist that includes one heck of a reception entrance! Get ready to be inspired, enjoy!
Tricia and Blake hosted an amazing classic wedding amidst the local scenery of their beloved city of Los Angeles. With bold backgrounds, their classic design gets a pop of modern art-like styling that’s sure to inspire! I especially love how Tricia gives her wedding look that extra oomph with bright red stilettos – the perfect statement shoe (and the perfect photo prop, just take a peek at how amazing they look!). Congratulations you two – what an amazing style! Enjoy!
Irene + Matt’s Mediterranean vintage inspired wedding is beyond gorgeous! I had the unique pleasure of talking with Irene all about her big day and it was treat to know what inspired such an amazing wedding design. With gorgeous purple accents, a bridal hairstyle that still has me breathless and fun photos that really show both Irene + Matt’s personalities, this wedding is the perfect inspiration for choosing wedding color palettes and themes. Congratulations you two!
