Featured Above: Decorative Chalkboard With White Frame

A DIY-loving bride, along with her like-minded friends, gathered for a creative get-together with Weddingstar ambassador, Lorrie Everitt. Together they created some charming handmade crafts, as well as heartfelt memories, to prep for her rustic wedding.

Pretty Petals and Embroidery

With the creative juices freely flowing and the assistance of many hands, everything from the centerpieces to the guest favors was embellished with the handmade touches. Pretty florals, dried petal confetti, delicate ribbons and crafty embroidery all come together for a one-of-a-kind homespun celebration, brimming over with personality.

DIY Wedding Wednesday: Welcome Fall with a Happy Harvest

fall harvest how to

It seems like just the other day that we were kicking off the start of summer with our summer party essentials post {see it here if you missed it the first time around}, but somehow almost three months have passed since and we are on the verge of welcoming the fall season. Whether you’re holding on to the last days of summer, kicking and screaming and refusing to let them go, or you’re ready to turn in your flip flops for knee highs and warm sweaters, there’s no denying that autumn brings with it a bounty of lovely that’s hard to resist. We’re somewhere between gutted and gleeful to be greeting the seasonal change, and we’re softening the blow by playing with some of our favorite fall comforts, all as pretty as they are delicious. Here’s our take on all you need to create your own happy harvest.

Best of the Season

Nothing says fall like a crisp juicy apple. Serve them up in style as your signature sipper, complete with an authentic drink dispenser and personalized glassware, for the ultimate seasonally inspired treat.
