You couldn’t ask for a more picture perfect wedding day. I had the chance to talk with both the bride and the photographer, each of which filled me in on the magic of this wedding day (along with being absolutely lovely). Sarah + Simon really wanted to infuse their personalities into the whole day and with their plethora of DIY details they certainly did just that! In fact, they even told me they decided on their March destination wedding in breathtaking San Francisco after originally having planned on throwing a local October affair! With the backdrop of the iconic Golden Gate Bridge for their photos, the sightseeing tour bus they booked and their midnight trip to the bowling alley, their wedding is a treat to see and share! Enjoy!
There isn’t a single detail in this wedding that I didn’t immediately fall in love with; the palpable romance, stunning venue, amazing photography, the dress – every single bit of it is incredible.
Normally I’m not one to fall for weddings that involve pink, however combined with such a gorgeous location, the succulents and white flowers, it’s absolutely lovely.
I’m a huge fan of the Bride’s luscious relaxed curls, I find this type of hairstyle not only photographs better than the traditional updo, but it is also soft and romantic. A look that is ideal for this wedding.
