Wow – that’s the best word to describe Chelsea + Matt’s destination wedding in Antigua. An incredibly fun couple with laughter in every shot, the lush backdrops and vivid colors of Antigua make their photos an incredible mix of romance and mystery. From frolicking on the beach to kissing amongst the foliage, C+M’s wedding is a perfect showcase of what beauty can lie in-store for a couple that decides on a destination wedding. Not to mention that we can’t get enough of Chelsea’s stunning beach style in her flowing wedding dress, floral hair accents and bright tropical bouquet. You couldn’t ask for a more picture perfect wedding day. I had the chance to talk with both the bride and the photographer, each of which filled me in on the magic of this wedding day (along with being absolutely lovely). Sarah + Simon really wanted to infuse their personalities into the whole day and with their plethora of DIY details they certainly did just that! In fact, they even told me they decided on their March destination wedding in breathtaking San Francisco after originally having planned on throwing a local October affair! With the backdrop of the iconic Golden Gate Bridge for their photos, the sightseeing tour bus they booked and their midnight trip to the bowling alley, their wedding is a treat to see and share! Enjoy!
I always love seeing weddings from around the world and Nina + Martin’s wedding from their home in Düsseldorf, Germany was a treat to see! Featuring a vast array of fantastic DIY accessories and accents, Nina + Martin’s wedding is truly inspiring. From Nina sporting her own handmade wedding dress courtesy of her aunt, to the couples personalities being expertly captured in every photo, I am so in awe of how chic yet fun their vintage DIY wedding was. Enjoy!
