diy burlap napkin wraps

There’s a very simple formula to getting gorgeous wedding table settings. Textures + Layers + Florals = Guaranteed Pretty. It’s all about the details and the more of them you pull together, the more jaw-dropping the big picture becomes. Today we’re putting the principle to practice with one core DIY supply, burlap wrap by the roll, pairing it with a range of textured elements to create napkin accents sure to take any table from simple to stunning. And just in case napkin wraps or rings don’t suit your fancy, just slip these lovelies onto a vase or a pillar candle to just as easily incorporate the details into your day.

Step 2 (not shown): measure out the required length for your wrap, considering the width you require for a completed wrap when folded over on itself, and cut.

Step 3: fold your wrap over in half such that the top becomes rounded while the bottom remains frayed.

Step 4: fold over the ends, creating the required wrap width for your napkin fold (our completed wrap was approximately 5 inches wide) and glue to secure.

Step 5: glue on a scattering of leaf cutouts to the front of your wrap. Cluster a grouping at the top left and scatter the rest to the right.
